RETURN AND REFUND POLICY of Annam Trendz
Below are the policies we are following. Any of the below cases we are giving the return, Replacement or refund option. Please read carefully
1)If there is any damage there in the purchased product during opening the parcel.
2)If your mind changes and requires a better quality product.
3)If the size, colour, appearance/look not exactly as in the description, pic or video of the product listed in the site during your purchase
4)Product mismatch (You have ordered one and you got another )
As of now for all the above 4 scenarios we are giving Refund/Replacement option 100%.
The customer has to notify the need of Return and what option they need to choose with in 2 days of delivery of the product and courier the product back to us. The product should reach us with in 7 days
In any case the product reached us after 7 days we will not give any refund or replacement
